Host Agreement

Before you publish a listing, please read these host commitments. They're a quick summary of what guests rely on when they book.

1. 01

   You have the right to host

   You own the land, or have the permission of the owner, landlord, freeholder or local authority to host paid visits.

2. 02

   Listings are honest and current

   Photos, size, price, capacity, parking and rules reflect the Plot today. Update the listing when anything material changes.

3. 03

   Safety on the Plot

   Walk the Plot before each booking, flag obvious hazards in the Safety section, and don't take bookings the land isn't ready for.

4. 04

   Insurance is your responsibility

   Plotto does not provide insurance. You're responsible for arranging any cover that's appropriate for your Plot, your activities and your circumstances. See the Insurance Guidance Hub for a starting point.

5. 05

   Respect guests, neighbours and the environment

   Welcome guests fairly and without discrimination. Manage noise and parking thoughtfully so neighbours stay onside. Care for wildlife, water and soil on your land.

6. 06

   Cancellations and damage

   Use the cancellation policy and damage reporting tools inside Plotto — don't ask guests to pay or refund off-platform. Only cancel for genuine safety or weather reasons.
